Preschool Science Activity

 

 

This preschool science activity or science experiment creates a cool, colorful reaction that kinds will find entertaining. Do this in an area where you don't mind if you make a bit of a mess. Some overflow may occur, depending on the size of your container.

 

 

 

What You Need:

 

 

1 Mixing Bowl or Container

 

Baking Soda

 

Food Coloring

 

White Vinegar

 

 

 

 

What to Do For This Science Activity:

 

 

Add a Couple Of Tablespoons of Baking Soda to the container.

 

You can then add a few drops of food coloring, or a few different colors of food coloring to the baking soda.

 

Next, add a half a cup of white vinegar to the baking soda and watch the reaction.

 

*Be careful not to splash the vinegar in the eyes of children.
